朱华伟，中共党员，河南信阳人，工学博士，副教授，硕士生导师。2018年博士毕业于电子科技大学。长期从事无损检测技术、模式识别与智能系统、耗散Hamiltan控制系统理论及其应用、电力电子等方面的研究。曾获四川文理学院“最美教师”荣誉称号。主持市厅级、校级、企业委托项目6项，主持教改项目2项，在IJRNC、INT J ADAPT CONTROL等重要刊物公开发表SCI检索学术论文4篇，EI检索会议论文1篇。担任下列期刊审稿人（Reviewer）： Automatica, IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control, International Journal of Adaptive Control and Signal Processing, IET Control Theory Applications, Transactions of the Institute of Measurement and Control, IEEE Access等。学术兼职：Invited author of London Journals Press。
